The second bedroom features a convertible couch that can accommodate two people. Additionally, one of the living rooms has a convertible couch that can sleep one extra person, making the apartment flexible for various accommodation needs.

A check-in assistant will meet guests at the apartment on the day of their arrival. The check-in fee is payable in cash upon key exchange:

- 10PM to 12AM - €80 (upon request)
Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days)
Required Documents for Lease Application:
1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall).
2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure).
3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as:
* Tax declarations, or
* Recent pay slips, or
* Bank account statements.
Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
Pet Policy:
* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted).
