Nice place, great location.
I would rate the apartment and the location a 10 out of 10.👍 I was upset at the deceptive pricing as the total price was quite different than the nightly quote. Numerous expenses were listed under additional expenses. Also, the unusual fee for checking in (35 euros) was hidden under the fine print . Frustrating, and it didn't leave a good taste in the mouth. Why don't we include as much of the cost in the nightly price and be more transparent ? Yet, I think in the end, the total price was probably fair. Also, there is no television in the apartment. That was not indicated (at least on Booking. com). That's a big omission as most people count on having a tv in the room. Also, the check in process, aside from requiring an extra fee, was a hassle. We had to stay in communication with a check in assistant and meet at a certain time to get our key. I'm glad our flight was on time and we were able to arrive on time , this avoiding any potential complications.

Apartment review
Great location in walking distance of Eiffel Tower! Pretty good size. Downside: We saw several spiders in the unit which made it a little difficult to be comfortable, as they were climbing on us in our sleep.

Bon emplacement pour un court séjour à Paris
Cet appartement au premier étage est très bien situé au centre de Paris et placé côté cour donc très calme. Salle de bain et cuisine fonctionnelles mais assez exigües. Excellente communication et acceuil mais il y a un petit souci : sur l'annonce, il était indiqué 1 chambre et 2 salons. Nous nous attendions donc à 1 lit et un 2 canapés-lits mais il n'y en avait qu'un. Heureusement, le canapé-lit était assez grand et confortable pour deux. Suite à notre remarque au propriétaire qui s'est excusé pour l'erreur dans l'annonce, celle-ci a été modifiée depuis. Appartement correct pour un court séjour à Paris.
